I’m giving away one free Despicable me Blu-ray disc!

That’s right.  I’m giving one away for free!  The deal is I bought the one shown on the picture on the left because I wanted the digital copy and the dvd and it was actually cheaper to get it with the extra blu-ray disc at Walmart (through tomorrow).  However, I don’t have a blu-ray player, so I’m giving this away unusued, completely new.  I’ll put my dvd in a generic case, and send you the case and box in the picture too.

So, who gets it?  It will be randomly selected from those who comment on this post.  All you have to do is comment here and make sure you give me an email address or link back so I can contact you if you win.  That’s the only rule.  If I can’t contact you, you can’t win.

Then I will use a random number generator one week from this moment (In other words, on Friday January 7 at 6:05 pm Mountain time) to select the winner and after contacting you I will ship it to you.  Any comment will do, but if you want to tell me some cool Christmas story, or New Years resolution, I’m all ears.

So one week to win you’re Despicable Me Blu-Ray disc!

Well, I hear Santa is still delivering us a blu-ray, so I can’t think of a better inaugural movie!

I’d love to surprise my wife with this movie. I’ve been watching the blu ray to see if it might go on sale to surprise her with it. So, if we do win, I know she would be elated. Thanks.

Interesting idea Dave! Happy New Year! Lucas and I have decided our New Years resolution is to become more intentional. More intentional in our walk with Christ, more intentional with our relationships, and especially more intentional with our finances. Goal being for 2011, only getting things we have cash to pay for, and that I can be home with the kids.~Angela

Whomever gets the DVD, you’ll love it! It’s a fantastic flick! Oh, and while I’m posting this to add to your post “volume”, I don’t need the DVD- I got it as a gift for Christmas. And don’t ya know it- the KIDS have watched it about 6 times. I think I’ve seen it once. Whose gift was it again??? LOL

    • I watched it (with my family) for the first time tonight. It is very good. Thanks Jennie. I’ll leave you in the running and if you win, you can choose to give it away even to another commenter on the blog, and if you choose to give it to someone randomly, you can, but at least you’ll have first crack at it, if you happen to win.

My sister loves this movie! I would love to give it to her! I got a blu ray player for Christmas so my resolution is to get more blu rays!

Just got a new blu-ray player for Christmas. I bought “Inception” as my first blu-ray movie and also had to purchase the combo pack with DVD and digital copy because it was the only one they had in stock. At first, I thought it was silly to purchase both versions (blu-ray and DVD). However, we still use a portable DVD player for travel, so it’s not so bad. Would love to add this one to our growing blu-ray collection. Can my random number be 42?

OH, ok…I just got a new Blu-ray and saw your site and decided to write. Wrote on the wrong one and was pointed to this one. Happy New year, and yes I would like to enjoy the movie with my family. Thank you for the opportunity.

Hi Dave! I’m campaigning at home for a Blu-Ray player, so
actually having a movie on blu-ray would give me more leverage…

My kids were looking over my shoulder and saw this offer.
They then explained that things would go easier for me if I entered
the contest for the Blue Ray. I would send a picture of me holding
the customary hostage news paper, but thanks to the internet that
was not possible since we now get all of our news online. Basically
I have incentive to win this contest thanks to the teen and
